Duration: 6 Month Contract (Under RE) to Perm Call Centre Assistant
Working Hours: Mon to Thurs : 9am-7pm
                             Fri: 10am-7pm
Salary: $2200
Location: Jalan Kayu

Job Scope:
- Taking accurate and correct orders from the customers
- Provide customer service at an exemplary level upholding the professional image of the company
- Stay engaged with customers to ensure a positive customer experience
- Provide product advisory, answer to customers enquiries, and explaining orders over the phone
- Maintain and update customers’ records on timely basis
- Update clients with any changes of delivery schedules and providing alternatives

Job Requirements:
- Abit of Customer service experience
- Min O level / Nitec in any field
