Duration: multiple durations! depending on your commitment level 
Salary: $13/ hr
Working Hours: 5 days office hours
Location: Ubi/ greenwich drive  (transport pickup provided at Kovan, Serangoon, Woodlands MRT for greenwich)

Job Scope:
- Act as the first point of contact for the customers
- Make effort to understand both internal and external customer, anticipating customer needs and giving high priority to customer satisfaction
- Provide satisfactory explanation to customer and take remedial action where necessary

Job Requirements:
- Min. O level/ Higher NITEC and above
- No experience required as training will be provided
