Can earn up to $3000 plus gross salary per month with OT and incentive

• Stationed at Service Centres to help customers with downloading the required BMW App and assist with setting up the account.
• Responsible for all matters related to booking and appointment making for Service and/or repair work & Sales and Marketing events (RSVP)
• Act as first point of telephone contact for customer support requests
• Obtain precise customer personal particulars, vehicle registration, car ownership
