⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM

📢 Requirements:
✅ Min 2-3 years of experience in sales support / order fulfillment
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Detail-oriented and able to process high volumes of orders accurately

📌 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Process part orders and service requests efficiently
🔹 Determine pricing based on contract type, coverage, and discounts
🔹 Ensure accurate cost and revenue account reflection
🔹 Coordinate shipping methods and manage inventory
🔹 Liaise with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing issues
🔹 Participate in improvement initiatives and team activities
🔹 Provide exceptional customer service and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
