Business Executive / Sales Co-ordinator

Job responsibilities

  • Issue quotations, process sales orders, sample orders, service orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and track sales orders from initiation to fulfilment, ensuring orders are processed promptly and accurately.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming enquiries by phone and email
  • Assist in resolving incoming customers’ issues relating to orders.
  • Plan local delivery routes and manage day-to-day delivery schedule
  • Prepare delivery and invoicing documents for daily deliveries.
  • Submit invoices to customers via email or through online portals

Job requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in Sales Coordination
  • Experience in using ERP System eg SAP/Oracle
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work both independently and part of a team
