JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and coordinate daily deliveries and collections
  • Process sales order, delivery notes, invoices, quotations, debit notes and credit notes
  • Follow-up and respond promptly on customer backorder, contracts, enquires and requests
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Warehouse, Operations, Sales, Engineering and Finance teams to resolve customer issues
  • Follow up with key customers on outstanding invoice payment

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Service-oriented, strong team-player, with ability to work independently
  • Effective communication skills
  • Min GCE ‘O’ level with order processing or customer service experience
  • Fresh diploma holders in Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics/Accountancy are welcomed to apply
