• Basic salary up to $2600 per month + meal allowance 
• Locations: Loyang and Woodlands (company transport provided at nearby MRT stations)
• Day Shift: 4-day work week (8:30am – 8:30pm)

Job Descriptions

• Register patients and schedule appointments for check-ups
• Update and file patient records and distribute reports
• Responsible for billing and cash collection
• Carry out crowd control during peak hours
• Do simple triaging

Job Requirements

• Possess experience in frontline service (retail / F&B / healthcare / customer service)
• Prior experience as a Patient Service Associate in the healthcare industry is advantageous but not a must
• Posses a positive, willing-to-learn attitude
• Clinic setting work experience preferred
