Customer Engagement Executive

The Customer Engagement Executive is a non-sales role responsible for post-sales client management.

  • Fulfil the appropriate advertising requirements for external and internal clients either via online media or magazines fulfilments.
  • Report to Project Manager to fulfil the advertising requirements.
  • Support operations by posting up of job advertisements and other online media entitlements, example banners, course postings, course programs.
  • Meet deadlines and targets.
  • Responsible for the monthly process deliverables and performance standards.
  • Assist sales in operations and part of account/project management.

Role Accountabilities:

Clearly detail the objectives and outcomes required of the role.

  • Make sure that all fulfillment work is uploaded accurately and on time.
  • Meet deadlines and targets.
  • Make sure reports are extracted and send out on time, with accuracy.
  • Liaising with clients (internal and external) are met with professionalism.

Qualification Requirement (Technical & Experience)

  • Preferably prior working experience.
  • Possess a strong interest in internet/software industry.
  • Responsible individual who is diplomatic and possess strong communication skills.
  • Self-starter, fast learner and analytical with a “can-do” attitude
