Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Industry: Wholesale / Distribution / Trading
Salary: SGD 3500 - 3800
Location: Central, Singapore

Over the years, they have leveraged their technology and information gathering expertise —as well as their global network—to transform the business into a hybrid model offering superior manufacturing, processing, and R&D functions as well as trading company services.
Job Description:
- Receiving orders from customers, planning and forecasting for purchases
- Monitoring and managing inventory level, including coordinate with warehouse on the availability of materials and resolve issues, as needed
- Preparing reports (for example, inventory reports) for internal and external parties
- Monitoring customer outstanding order quantity and accounts receivables
- Handled and follow up on outstanding issues, slow-moving stock, accounts receivable and relevant updates on their business status
- Coordinating with Sales Team to ensure smooth delivery of goods to customers
- Attending to customer and supplier enquiries
- Building long-term relationships with existing and potential business partners including 3rd party service providers
- Ensuring shipment documentations are following government's tax regulations
- Managing Letter of Credit (LC) transactions
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company
Job Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of Diploma in Logistics, Business Admin, Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant customer service working experience
- Good knowledge of SAP system (Logistics) and Microsoft Excel
- Self-motivated, fast worker & good team player
- Meticulous in figures
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills
Compensation:
- Working location: CBD
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5PM
- Transport allowance and/or reimbursable
- Variable bonus
- Annual leaves
- Medical and hospitalization benefits
