• Nitec/ Diploma in any discipline and IT savvy.
• Bubbly and engaging  with experienced in face to face customer service job.
• Welcome applicant with hotel lobby customer service / flight attendant/ receptionist working experience 
• Good social skills and fluent in communicating in English and Mandarin as well as local dialect as need to handle Mandarin & local dialect speaking customers as well.
• Handle phone calls, answer general enquiries. 
• Attend to walk-in customers and corporate guests.
• Provide refreshments to customers.
• Ensuring workplace is tidy and orderly.
• General ad hoc admin duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Able to work independently and good team players.
