Job Description

Job Description
  • Attend to telephone enquiries and provide front-line service to walk in customers for sales and repair of air-con spare parts, equipment and accessories, reserve stock where necessary
  • Responsible for preparing delivery orders, generate invoices, debit and credit notes and documentation for parts return process; ensure up-to-date filing and perform regular back-up where necessary
  • Exercise due care and diligence in the retrieval and receipt of parts; ensure accurate and timely update to the Service information system and SAP
  • Assist in the consolidation of revenue collected and submission to finance department on a daily basis
  • Assist to conduct regular stock check; prepare periodic sales, inventory and progress report and feedback (quality issues, technical) to the superior
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed to achieve final organisation goals
  • Protect operations by keeping sensitive information confidential
  • Understand DSP's Internal Control Guidelines, the relevant policies and procedures pertaining to your job function and execute the controls conscientiously
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirement

Job Requirement
  • Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' level
  • Good communication & customer service skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
