Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Working Schedule (Staggered hours):
- Perform administrative duties and provide customer service to our patients
- Responsible for registration and billing, payment/deposit collection, appointment scheduling as well as providing financial advice to patients
- Scheduling follow-up appointments for patients.
- Assist with planned admissions at ambulatory centres, supporting OT resource management and admitting/discharge processes
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- GCE 'N'/ 'O' / 'A' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any relevant discipline
- 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare industry
- Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Working Schedule (Staggered hours):
- Staggered working hours
- Work on weekends and Public Holidays on rotation basis.
