  • Fulfil the appropriate advertising requirements for external and internal clients.
  • Understand customer marketing/hiring requirements and recommend the appropriate solutions to customers which the sales team would undertake to develop further. 
  • Handling enquiries through inbound calls promptly and efficiently while maintaining superb phone etiquette and professionalism.
  • Responsible for the monthly process deliverables and performance standards.

Qualification Requirement (Technical & Experience)

  • Min 2 years’ experience in sales support or customer service.
  • Experience working in a call center / help desk would be a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs.
  • Superior customer service and phone etiquette.
  • Highly responsible, organized and able to multi-task.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
