Salary: Up to $4K + Transport allowance 
Location: Jurong Island with company transport 

Job Scope: 

• Open and maintain customer accounts
• Process customers’ orders and periodic follow up on orders with regular customers
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Collect customer information to identify and assess customers' needs in order to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Job Requirements: 

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Process Technology / Applied Chemistry
• Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in sales administration, customer service, logistic or shipping department
