Temp CS coordinator
❉Location: North Bridge Road
❉Duration: Immediate – 3 months
❉Working Hours: Mon - Fri, office hours
❉Salary: $12/hr
Job scope:
✨Check and verify customer online registration
✨Create Login ID account for online user
✨Prepare quotations for customers
✨Handle and assist customers on their sales enquiries via emails and phone calls
✨Check and confirm lead-time on customer Open Order Report
✨Other ad hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
✨ Possess a service-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills
✨ Proficient in MS Office (especially in Microsoft Excel)
✨ Relevant Experience would be advantageous
