Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely processing of medical reports and related requests within the stipulated timeframe
  • Attend and provide assistance to customers' enquiries through email, phone or face to face
  • Responsible and accountable for monetary transactions
  • Ensure all information is handled with strict confidentiality
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • Relevant work experience in healthcare, hospitality or service industries will be an advantage
  • Proficient in using computer and Microsoft office
  • Willingness to learn, energetic, positive-minded, meticulous and able to multi-task effectively
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Working Schedule (Office hours):

• Mon - Thu: 8.30am - 6pm

• Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
