Duration: 1 year (Renewable + convertible to permanent!) 
 
📍Location: Ang Mo Kio
 
🕟 Working hours:
 Training (First 3 Months):
Mon to Thurs  – 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM & Fri – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
 
Go LIVE (Taking calls from the public):
o   Shift A: Mon to Thurs – 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM & Fri – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
o   Shift B: Mon to Fri – 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM & Sat – 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM
 
💰Salary: up to $2,400/month 
 
📝 Job Description:
* Provide advisories to facilitate the employment of both local and foreign manpower in Singapore, claims and complaints regarding employment disputes, workplace safety etc.
* Actively listen to customers to identify their needs and proffer recommendations/solutions
* Identify issues relating to effectiveness and soundness of policies/procedures relating to the company.   
* Able to sense potential issues that may be life threatening, implication to livelihood. 
* Build and maintain positive trust relationship by engaging customers in open interaction
* Ability to manage concurrent workstreams and work well in a fast-paced environment with constant introduction of new government policies, requirements
 
 
Requirements: 
✅ MUST be Fully Vaccinated with Covid Booster
 
✅  MUST be comfortable to take high volume of calls, 40 to 50 calls per day
 
✅ MUST be comfortable to undergo training and taking assessments  
 
✅ Prior call centre experience would be advantageous 
 
✅ Must demonstrate compassion and understanding for people with potential life-threatening, suicidal, mass retrenchment situations and be able to assess seriousness of such issues.
