ā¢ Maintain good knowledge of products and services in order to understand customersā needs
ā¢ Respond to incoming requests for services, claims, new product enquiries and promotions
ā¢ Prompt follow-up on scheduled outbound calls on missing information and bounced email
ā¢ Identifying good practices that could be introduced or suggest modifications to existing practices
ā¢ Demonstrate a driven and focused attitude with willingness to service customers
ā¢ Aim for a first-call resolution to troubleshoot and resolve customers enquires
