Job Details:

• 5 Days rostered shift work from Mon-Sun

Responsibilities: 
• Resolving enquiries from drivers which includes escalated cases – average 12 cases per day.  
• Resolving cases via emails and do follow up calls only

Requirements: 
• Min O Levels 
• Prior Customer service experience in handling escalation complaints
