Job scope:

✨ Managing all emails/calls

✨ Assist team lead in handling complaints escalations

✨ Assign penalty points for staff service deviations

Requirements:

✨Proficient in MS office

✨Customer service experience will be advantageous

✨Bilingual with proficiency in mandarin preferred to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients
