Description
•  Handle phone calls and email enquiries on system issues
•  Handle accreditation processes for their departments and units
•  Follow up with contractors and vendors on the submission of all the relevant documents and information, to ensure smooth process, meeting of timeline, leading to the production
•  In charge of printing of accreditation cards
•  Meticulous and display the right attitude for the role 
•  Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and understand the nuances of keeping everything in alignment with the tight timeline
