Description
Have KPI target to follow and hit (high target = high achievement)
Handling inbound calls
Open a case incident report in the system when the customer calls in.
Record down the purpose of the customers’ call in the system in case of follow up purposes.
Replying to emails and taking remedial action where necessary
Ensure timely follow-up/resolve inquiries according to specified guidelines/processes.
Adhoc duties are given by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Able to work in fast-paced and stressful environment with KPI
Able to multi-task in terms of concurrently by speaking to the customer AND typing the information in the system while being on the phone with the customer AND finding the answer to the question by toggling with 4 systems.
Must be IT savvy as you will be required to toggle 4 - 5 systems.
