Part time Call Center Staff

Location: Ang Mo Kio
Duration: 6 months contract (convertible)
Salary: $11/hr
Working hours: min 4 days / week, from 830am to 6pm in office (roster arranged with supervisor)

Job scope:
•Answering of enquiries through general hotline calls, emails, and other communication platforms.
•Daily work order processing of repair and maintenance appointments, creation of quotation and DOs for internal and external customers.
•Proposing of chargeable maintenance work to end users, e.g general servicing, steam cleaning, etc.
•Checking of stock and reservation of spare parts for technician to bring along during appointment.
•Follow-Up of work orders and update records in system until closure of job.
•Administrative support, filing and scanning.
•Updating of Accounts Receivables.
•Any other work assigned by Supervisor.

Job requirement:
•Min GCE 'O' level
•Prior call centre/ telemarketing experience
