- Input enquiry details into CMS to maintain updated prospective member records on a daily basis.
- Handle enquiries by members via phone calls and emails on a daily basis.
- Update members’ account services requests into CMS to maintain updated membership records on a daily basis.
- Update members’ payment record into CMS to reflect updated payment records on a daily basis.
- Call prospective to close sales on a monthly basis.
- Remind expiring members to renew membership on a monthly basis.
- Replenishment of forms and brochures on a monthly basis.
Job Requirements:
- 'N' level & above with 2 years working experience in Customer Service/Membership services.
- 5 day work.
