  • Input enquiry details into CMS to maintain updated prospective member records on a daily basis.
  • Handle enquiries by members via phone calls and emails on a daily basis.
  • Update members’ account services requests into CMS to maintain updated membership records on a daily basis.
  • Update members’ payment record into CMS to reflect updated payment records on a daily basis.
  • Call prospective to close sales on a monthly basis.
  • Remind expiring members to renew membership on a monthly basis.
  • Replenishment of forms and brochures on a monthly basis.

Job Requirements:

  • 'N' level & above with 2 years working experience in Customer Service/Membership services.
  • 5 day work.
