Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound and Outbound Calls:

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and billing questions with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
  • Conduct outbound calls as necessary, such as follow-up on customer issues or informing customers of new products or promotions.

2. Customer Issue Resolution:

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.

3. Information Management:

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

4. Product/Service Knowledge:

  • Be knowledgeable about the products/services available to inform and assist customers effectively.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers, providing additional information and guidance as needed.

5. Team Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with team members, sharing feedback and insights from customer interactions.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve service quality
