• Handle inbound enquiries from customers on products, enquires and services.

• Provide excellent customer service and solutions.

• Handle customers feedback, identify problem trends and recommend improvement actions.

Note:

• Monday to Sunday, able to commit 5 days work week inclusive of 1 weekend

• Working hours: 8am-6pm

• Work Location: near Ubi MRT and Redhill

• Paid Training provided.  

• Able to start work within short notice (able to commit at least 3 months)
