Our esteemed Retail professional in our COURTS In-House Call Centre daily task is as follows:

  • Attend and respond to customers’ enquiries via the respective Customer Service touch points like hotline, email, and social media within the stipulated time/ target set.
  • Work with suppliers and internal departments on service recovery for case closure at the customer’s level and to meet the target set for case resolution
  • Update and retrieve information via internal customer information system
  • Develop and maintain work knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and processes to better customer satisfaction.
  • Attend product and process training
  • Prepare letters to customers when required
  • Attend mediation to resolve for case with the customer at CASE
  • Attend consultation to resolve for case with the customer at the Small Claim Tribunal
  • Preparation of Commendation letters
  • May be required to cross-sell products or services over the phone
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor
