Guest Services Officer [Up to $2,500]

Responsibilities:

As a Guest Services Officer, you are specifically responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard:

  • Handle check-in/ check-out, payment collections, night audit.
  • Manage residents’ profile and maintain good rapport with residents.
  • Attend to all residents' queries and needs
  • Handle resident feedbacks or complaints
  • Provide recommendations on nearby amenities and places of interest
  • Implement planned activities and resident’s events
  • Make reservations

Requirements:

  • A team player and passion in learning a variety of tasks
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Prior experience in Guest Services an added advantage
  • Applicants with no prior experience are also welcome (Training will be provided)
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including night shift (5-day work week)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
