The Role

Sales Operations        

  • Liaise with customers and/or promoters to seek confirmation on the purchases
  • Schedule delivery information and coordinate with agency, warehouse and delivery teams to ensure customers receive purchased items

Sales Administration

  • Make sales entries in sales system (JDEdwards)
  • Check accuracy of pricing and rectify anomalies according to policies, if any
  • Daily Triple match, i.e. match invoice, delivery order against purchase order
  • Prepare daily order reports and stock sheet
  • Address incomplete deliveries and follow up to ensure completion of deliveries
  • Prepare shipping documentation (Export - Commercial Invoice and Packing List)
  • Provide support in account receivables where necessary
  • Filing and administrative tasks

Customer Service and Sales Enquiries

  • Handle sales related emails and calls enquiries 
  • Provide sales support to Sales Team

Job Requisites

  • Minimum O levels and above
  • 1-3 years working experience, preferably in commercial organisation
  • Familiar with MS Office and Outlook
  • Good command of English and conversant in Mandarin
  • Candidates who possess customer service and telephone skills an advantage
