Location: Telok Ayer (insurance company)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am – 6pm

Pay: 2.5k

Job Scope

• Return mails sorting due to Par Fund, monthly ILP statements, dividend payout & misc. letters, scan relevant mails for MBPS processing
• Backend imaging administration with Trusted Hub
• Change in address/contact forms to be scanned for MBPS processing
• Administrative handling of cashier documents
• Backup for Service Ambassador to manage queue at service centre – i.e. able to handle and direct walk ins into the service centre when requested to cover
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
