Job Description:
  • Provides support to the Customer Service with virtual handover and may be required to support the Operations team.
  • At site to assist with preparation of handover kit, dressing up units in preparation for unit handover to the homebuyers.
  • Provide frontline service support by answering homebuyers' enquiries.
  • Min O level
  • Min 1 - 2 years of experience in Administrative Duties
  • Prior customer service experience
