Job Description: 
• Answering of enquiries through general hotline calls, emails, and other communication platforms.
• Daily work order processing of repair and maintenance appointments, creation of quotation and DOs for internal and external customers.
• Proposing of chargeable maintenance work to end users, e.g general servicing, steam cleaning, etc.
• Checking of stock and reservation of spare parts for technician to bring along during appointment.
• Follow-Up of work orders and update records in system until closure of job.
• Administrative support, filing and scanning.
• Updating of Accounts Receivables.
• Any other work assigned by Supervisor

Requirement:
- Able to start ASAP
- Min O level  
- Prior call centre experience
