Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
  • Track sales forecast and maximize sales revenue.
  • Interact actively with customers on forecast rationalization, materials management, capacity commitments, managing excess material, account receivables and IT related issues.
  • Communicate line capacity and work closely with customers to fill open capacity.
  • Prepare RFQs and pricing response to customers.
  • Support various internal Amkor groups and communicate any account issues, concerns or suggestions.
  • Drive factory performance.
  • Conduct presentations to management/customers.
  • Participate in sales strategy and developing procedures to support customers.
  • Co-ordinate and manage multi-region projects/programs where necessary.

Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in any discipline preferably with Business/Management background.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in-house sales or customer service function.
  • Experience in semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
  • Meticulous with an eye for details.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Able to prioritise and multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
  • Able to work both independently and as a team player with customers and world-wide cross-functional teams within the organization.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Occasional travel is required.
