Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
- Track sales forecast and maximize sales revenue.
- Interact actively with customers on forecast rationalization, materials management, capacity commitments, managing excess material, account receivables and IT related issues.
- Communicate line capacity and work closely with customers to fill open capacity.
- Prepare RFQs and pricing response to customers.
- Support various internal Amkor groups and communicate any account issues, concerns or suggestions.
- Drive factory performance.
- Conduct presentations to management/customers.
- Participate in sales strategy and developing procedures to support customers.
- Co-ordinate and manage multi-region projects/programs where necessary.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline preferably with Business/Management background.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in-house sales or customer service function.
- Experience in semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
- Meticulous with an eye for details.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Able to prioritise and multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
- Able to work both independently and as a team player with customers and world-wide cross-functional teams within the organization.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Occasional travel is required.
