- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Follow up on customer cases and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs
- Process orders, requests, and complaints
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
