Job Summary

Our Company is working closely with a Prestigious Public Listed organisation in Singapore. Due to ourdynamic expansion in projects, we are looking for IT Support Specialists to be part of the maintenance team, to deliver first-level technical support by troubleshooting and maintaining computer systems, servers, network devices, and peripherals to ensure optimal system performance. Collaborate with system engineers to execute preventive maintenance and generate comprehensive technical documentation supporting operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across computer systems, servers, switches, routers, printers, and network storage systems to maintain uninterrupted IT operations
• Monitor system applications and hardware health status proactively to identify and mitigate potential failures
• Provide responsive helpdesk support to users, ensuring timely resolution of technical inquiries and incidents
• Collaborate with system engineers to perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance tasks that enhance system reliability
• Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and IT policies to support knowledge sharing and compliance
• Adapt to evolving project needs by executing additional ad-hoc technical tasks as assigned, contributing to team agility and project success

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in IT-related fields or Electronics, Electrical, Aerospace, or Mechatronics Engineering with IT knowledge
• Demonstrated self-motivation, discipline, and a service-oriented mindset to support dynamic project environments
• Ability to work independently with commitment and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Immediate or short-notice availability is advantageous
