Hiring: Customer Service Executive

Salary: SGD 3,400 per month + Performance Bonuses
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system
  • Follow up on customer cases and ensure timely resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs
  • Process orders, requests, and complaints
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in basic computer applications
  • Patient, positive, and service-oriented attitude
  • Able to work independently and in a team
