Job Summary:
Role: ITSM Project Manager
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months
We are looking for an experienced ITSM Project Manager to oversee End User Computing (EUC) service operations and ensure effective IT service delivery aligned with ITIL best practices. This role is customer-facing and requires strong stakeholder coordination, ServiceNow ITSM expertise, and a hands-on approach to service management and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of total experience in customer-facing IT service or support roles
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in IT Service Management and EUC operations
- Strong working knowledge of EUC environments (Remote Support, Deskside Support)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of ITIL framework (ITIL certification is preferred)
- Experience in stakeholder and partner management
- Proven customer service mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in report and dashboard creation is an advantage
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage service expectations effectively
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT Service Management (ITSM) operations, with a strong focus on EUC services including Remote and Deskside Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Drive incident, problem, change, and request management processes using ServiceNow ITSM
- Monitor service performance, SLAs, and KPIs; identify gaps and drive service improvements
- Create and maintain service reports and dashboards to support operational and management reviews
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth service execution
- Apply ITIL framework principles to standardize processes and improve service efficiency
- Support governance activities, service reviews, and operational meetings with stakeholders
- Ensure proper documentation of processes, workflows, and service procedures
