DSC Clinic (31 Kelantan lane), is our outpatient clinic for the diagnosis, treatment and control of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) in Singapore.

Roles and Responsibilities

• \tAssists to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the clinic counter

• \tPerform STI screening

• \tAttends to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications

• \tAssists in registration, billing and appointments booking of patients

• \tAssist with doctors' requests

• \tProvide patient education to patients and caregivers

• \tPerform clinical tasks (eg. monitoring of vital signs, financial counselling)

Job Requirements

• \tMinimum GCE 'N' Levels or equivalent

• \tAt least 1 year of direct frontline customers' service experience

• \tProficient in Microsoft Office
