Working Hrs: 40hrs/week

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support for Windows workstations & peripherals, Network & wireless Connectivity, Printers & Microsoft Office applications
  • Support corporate applications (Windows Server-based)
  • Escalate complex issues to 2nd-level IT / vendors
  • Track incidents in web-based ticketing system
  • Deploy standard OS image & software
  • Administer daily backup & data restoration
  • Perform Windows Server administration
  • Handle IT inventory & documentation
  • Physically relocation workstations when required (BCP / seating changes)


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Science
  • Minimum 2 years experience in IT Helpdesk / Desktop Support or Windows Server Administration or Network Administration
  • Able to work independently
