Customer Service & Sales Support (Dealer / Cash Sales / E-commerce)
- Handle and assist customers with order enquiries via Email, Facebook, Website, Phone calls and other communication channels
- Process and manage orders for Dealer accounts, Cash Sales customers, and E-commerce platforms
- Coordinate closely with dealers on pricing, stock availability, delivery schedules and after-sales support
- Support walk-in cash sales customers and ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Manage E-commerce backend operations including order processing, stock updates, tracking coordination and customer follow-ups
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with current and potential clients
- Resolve customer feedback and issues promptly and professionally
Warehouse & Logistics Operations
- Perform logistics duties including receiving, checking, retrieving, loading & unloading, repacking and palletizing for both import and export cargo within the warehouse environment
- Ensure accurate picking and packing of dealer, cash sales and online orders
- Ensure compliance with warehouse standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Conduct stock-take and cycle counts as required
- Maintain inventory accuracy and proper documentation
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping within the warehouse area
General Duties
- Assist in sales promotions, product launches and inventory coordination
- Support internal coordination between sales, warehouse and management teams
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior
Minimum Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A Level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC (any field including Accounting, Shipping or related disciplines)
- Basic knowledge of the bicycle industry is preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Creative, resourceful and proactive mindset
- Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Entry-level applicants are welcome to apply
- Able to start work immediately preferred
Working Details
- Location: Kaki Bukit Road
- Working Days: 5.5 days per week
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:30am - 6:30pm ; Saturday: 9:30am - 1:30pm
Employment Details
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary Range: Estimated SGD $2,800 - $4,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
