Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and client-oriented Client Service Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Support Client Relationship Officers (CROs) in delivering tailored services to high net-worth clients from the Indonesia market
  • Prepare and process account opening documentation to ensure smooth and compliant client onboarding
  • Execute and confirm client banking instructions promptly, resolving any issues to maintain client satisfaction
  • Prepare and submit credit applications and assist in monitoring loan and collateral positions for risk management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records to support daily client enquiries regarding account status, transfers, rates, and payments
  • Assist with account maintenance by monitoring client positions and ensuring timely follow-ups to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate seamless delivery of banking services
  • Provide administrative support to CROs and respond to client requests efficiently
  • Proactively identify and recommend opportunities to enhance the client experience and service quality
  • Participate in ad hoc tasks, projects, and provide backup support for Client Service Officers as needed
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant banking regulations and internal procedures to uphold operational integrity

Required competencies and certifications
  • Holder of CACS Paper 1 and 2 certifications
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia to effectively communicate with Indonesian clients and support market-specific needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail to manage multiple priorities under time constraints
  • Excellent communication skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
  • Demonstrate high levels of integrity and professionalism in all client interactions and internal processes
