Client Services Executive

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
Salary: $3500 - $4000
Location: Jurong East

Responsibilities:

• Advise on available coverages in market and Insurer's appetite on various classes of insurance.
• Advise and manage renewal timeline.
• Advise on underwriting submissions, including preparing insurance questionnaires for completion by clients.
• Negotiate and recommend insurance coverages, deductibles and premiums.
• Develop good and trusting relationship with clients and underwriters.
• Provide renewal report to assure clients that the best deal has been negotiated for including benchmarking data in terms of coverages, deductibles and premiums.
• Ensure accuracy of policy documents
• Update and maintain databases.
• Credit control for outstanding premiums.
