Client Relations Officer Gloria James-Civetta & Co, a well-established law firm, is looking for a Client Relations Officer to manage front-desk operations, deliver excellent client service, and support administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming phone calls by answering, directing, and diverting calls after hours to ensure smooth communication flow
  • Welcome and assist clients promptly and professionally at the front desk to create a positive first impression
  • Perform conflict checks and accurately maintain enquiry records to support compliance and client management
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments by managing the firm's calendar to optimize time and resource allocation
  • Issue receipts and securely save enquiry notes to maintain accurate financial and client records
  • Provide general administrative support to assist daily office operations and enhance team efficiency
  • Use Microsoft Office applications proficiently to prepare documents and manage information

Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment to effectively understand client and firm needs
  • Strong communication skills to clearly interact with clients and team members
  • Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Professional and courteous demeanor to represent the firm positively in all client interactions
  • Salary: From S$2.8K/month, negotiable depending on experience.
