Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant to support the delivery of enterprise-level CRM solutions for public sector projects. This is a contract role, ideal for consultants who enjoy hands-on functional ownership across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder and business workshops to gather and analyse functional requirements
• Design and configure solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Apps in line with business needs
• Produce and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and related documentation
• Perform functional and system testing to ensure solution quality
• Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including:
  
  • Test environment preparation
  • Test cases and scenarios creation
  • Issue troubleshooting and coordination with developers
  • Retesting and validation
• Support training activities, including training environment setup and data preparation
• Provide post go-live support, ensuring smooth transition and issue resolution

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant working with Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Apps
• Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 / Power Platform configuration
• Proven experience across the full implementation lifecycle (requirements, design, testing, UAT, go-live)
• Ability to work closely with both business users and technical teams
• Public sector project experience is highly preferred
