Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Apps Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Apps Developer to support the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions. You will work closely with Architects and Functional Consultants across the full project lifecycle - from design and development through testing, deployment, and post go-live support.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technical professional who enjoys solution building, troubleshooting, and working in collaborative delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Architects and Functional Consultants in documenting functional and technical design specifications
• Participate in Fit/Gap analysis to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Configure and develop solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Apps
• Develop custom components including plugins and workflows using C# / .NET
• Perform unit testing and ensure solution quality
• Support UAT activities, including test environment setup, issue troubleshooting, fixes, and re-testing
• Assist with training preparation, including training environments and data setup
• Support deployment activities and release management
• Provide post go-live support, including bug fixes and enhancements

Requirements

• 3-5 years of overall hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Apps configuration and development
• Experience developing:
  
  • Model-driven apps
  • Canvas apps
• Proficiency in Visual Studio and .NET development (C#) for:
  
  • Plugins
  • Workflows
• Solid understanding of solution lifecycle and testing best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Exposure to enterprise or large-scale Dynamics implementations, ideally in public sector.
• Good communication and documentation skills
