Purpose of the Role

The Customer Service Executive plays a key operational role in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of customer orders for international customers. This role supports close coordination across Sales, Logistics, Finance, and external partners to meet delivery commitments and maintain high service standards as per scales globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process international quotations, sales orders, and invoices end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timely acknowledgment
  • Track and update payment status and coordinate with Finance to resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate delivery schedules, shipment updates, and revisions clearly to international customers across different time zones
  • Support on-time delivery by coordinating with logistics partners and validating shipping and export documentation
  • Ensure customer-facing documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable requirements
  • Process quotation and shipment rejections in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring proper follow-through until resolution
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order records in internal systems
  • Prepare and update operational and performance reports as required
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and carry out additional duties aligned with the role

  • Delivery commitments are consistently met or proactively managed
  • Issues are resolved efficiently, documented appropriately, and escalated when required

  • Experience supporting international customers or cross-border shipments
  • Familiarity with export documentation and Incoterms
  • Experience using ERP or order management systems
