Customer Service Officer

Working day: 5 working days (Off-day fall on weekdays)
Working hour: 1pm-9pm (Weekdays)/ 10am-8pm(Weekends)
Location: Alexandra Village
Salary: $2200 - $2600

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Attending to customer's enquiry via various modes (e.g. Phone call/ walk-in/ E-mail)
• Promoting and educating customers on our programmes
• Follow-up / inform customers and students of any upcoming programmes
• Handling of various modes of payments (e.g. MasterCard/ Visa/ NETS/ Cheque/ Cash)
• Tracking and maintenance of student attendance
• Assist in coordination and allocation of students and classes
• Other ad-hoc assignments when necessary
