• Customer service for parents and general inquiries
• Administration of teachers and students
• Invoicing of school fees
• Coordination of class schedules
• Preparation of term reports
• Maintenance of inventory records
• Organization of new enrolments and classes
• Promotion and sale of dance courses and dance wear

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee a cluster of branches and lead a team of executives to achieve the company's overall objectives.

Requirements For Customer Service Executives and Managers:

• Min. O levels/ Diploma

• With at least 3 years of administration or retail experiences preferred. For managers, we will require minimum 6 years experience.
• Candidate with dance background will be added advantage
• Possess strong communication and computer skills, self-motivated and sales driven
• Able to work on Weekday nights and Weekends.
• 5 days work week
