• Position : Customer Service Executive (Showroom / Sales Support) - Up to Gross $3,300 or more
• Location : Tampines North Drive
• Working hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) -
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Gross $3,300 or more (Basic $2500 + Commission) + 1 month Chinese New Year bonus + 14 days annual leave + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Perm
• Industry : Established aluminum window and door supplier - GOOD COMPANY!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle enquiries (calls/walk-ins/online leads) and convert to sales
• Understand customer needs, prepare quotations/proposals, and follow up closely
• Build and maintain good customer relationships (before and after sales)
• Coordinate projects from kickoff to completion (schedule, documents, updates)
• Liaise with vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders for deliveries/installation
• Track progress, manage timelines, and highlight any delays/issues early
• Support basic reporting and update management on sales/project status
• Guide/assist junior staff when needed and support ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Open to retail sales; training provided for project coordination
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
