Responsibilities:

• \tRegister patients, explain payment schemes and charges, and provide information about the clinic's services

• \tRespond to inquiries from patients and the public both in person and over the phone

• \tPerform general administrative and counter-closing tasks at the end of the day according to standard procedures

• \tDeliver high-quality customer service to patients and visitors in a healthcare setting

Requirements:

• \tMinimum of O Level and above

• \tAble to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• \tMeticulous, caring, and adaptable to changing patient needs

• \tPreferably 2 years' experience in frontline customer service
